This policy explains what data we ask for on goodproblem.app, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012.
Who is responsible
Astro Lounge S.A.S. (NIT 901763146-9), based in Medellín, Colombia, is responsible for the data you leave on this site. Contact: hola@goodproblem.app.
What we ask for
On the waitlist: your name, your email, your Instagram handle and whether you're a creator or a brand. Optionally, your country, your follower range and what you want to solve. We don't ask for sensitive data.
What we use it for
To let you know when we open your access, share Good Problem news and understand what you need. We don't sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.
Where it's stored and for how long
On Amazon Web Services servers in the United States, encrypted and accessible only to the team. By agreeing, you authorize storage outside Colombia. We keep it for up to 12 months after launch or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can access, update and correct your data, ask us to delete it and withdraw your consent by writing to hola@goodproblem.app. We answer requests within 10 business days and complaints within 15.
No cookies or analytics
This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising pixels.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here with its date.
